Our overall experience with WCRP was fantastic. So happy we chose WCRP and we are very happy with the results. We chose WCRP because we had seen their work on a neighbor’s house, and compared to the other roofing companies doing jobs all around us, they were fast and efficient. Our experience was no different, fast and efficient with a beautiful outcome. Staff is helpful and courteous. Always courteous. We are in a neighborhood where all of the homes need new roofs. We have watched countless companies perform the work and WCRP was the fastest, most efficient. When the bid from WCRP came in competitive we chose them because of their work across the street. Our experience was the same, fast, efficient with a beautiful result.
The experience overall was very good. A few scheduling snafus and communication issues but that aside, everything was positive. The price was competitive and the crew was amazing. They worked extremely hard, quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the attention to detail during the cleanup. I would recommend them to anyone that asked if I knew a company for a roof job. Everyone was courteous and helpful when I interacted with them.
My overall experience with WCRP was great. Fermin & Mario were very detailed about what the process was and what I could expect at the end & gave me a bid that was good for the work to be performed. I have already recommended WCRP to my Fishing Buddy, who has (4) rental Houses. The painting / roofing crew that worked on my house were very courteous and respectful of my family during the work they performed. I met them every morning with Coffee and Donuts and had cold drinks ready for them in the afternoon when it got hot outside. Great People to work with.
I felt the overall experience was fairly good with the key point being the inspection and presentation of different options. It made it easier to understand what I was getting in a straightforward way, which ultimately became the deciding factor in my choice. I was thrilled at how fast the tear down and completion of the new roof was with it being completed in a day with no mess or evidence of the work left over in the yard. I would recommend WCRP right now due to the speed and workmanship. The staff was great in the limited communications I had with them.
We chose West Coast Roofing to do a full makeover on our duplex: new roof, new gutters & new paint! Bri was great taking care of us through a challenging project with a competitive bid (4-layer tear-off, inclement weather, challenging access). Painting crew was very kind & hardworking, even touched up some areas we didn't expect! We are very pleased with how everything turned out & would hire West Coast Roofing & Painting again.
